Land of EntitlementToday, I took an application (or something) test for Bellingham Tech, to see if I would be able to get into the collage. There were three parts. The first was reading comprehension, the second was algebra, and the third was arithmetic. I passed all three with plenty of room to spare, but there was one thing bugging me the whole time.   
 In the first part of the test, there was a paragraph. Summarized, it stated that even though the rich stay rich and the poor stay poor, the poor still believe that America is the land of opportunity. Basically, it said that this is not the land of opportunity.

Oh hey...I don't check my deviantART profile that much, but speaking of Descent and Mechwarrior, I've been a huge fan of it ever since I was a wee little kid. I'm still not sure how I was able to draw the Mad Cat Mk.II and Daishi freehand...maybe I had a vivid memory back then...but as of now...my creativity is just...sadly lacking. And yeah, I agree with you that soldier bots in Descent 3 are quite lethal at later levels - gotta take extreme caution when confronting dangerous monstrosities.

I still have the will to play Descent, and from time to time I upload Descent videos...if it's a decent run, that is...

Agreed. Not to mention those with Omega Cannons. I remember you'll often run into soldier bots at level 13. It's a fun level, but after a while, it gets boring, since you basically have to search every single corridor just to dispose infected robots.
